What we collect
When you use our enquiry wizard or contact form we collect the details you choose to give us, such as:
- your name, phone number, email address and location
- details of your project, artwork or building, including any photos you send
- how you heard about us
We also record how you found the website, such as a search engine or online listing, so we know which marketing works. If you message us through a messaging app, we see your number and messages.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare an estimate
- to carry out and document restoration or decorative work you have asked us to do
- to keep records for accounts, insurance and legal obligations
- to understand how people use the website so we can improve it
We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to. We only show photos of your project on our website or social media with your permission.

We use enquiry details because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract (a survey or estimate), and to perform that contract if you go ahead. We use website statistics and enquiry records under our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it.

We use analytics cookies to see how many people visit the site and which pages they use. Videos on the site only load when you press play. We also store which advert or link brought you here in your browser for the current visit only, so it can be attached to your enquiry.

If you do not go ahead with an estimate, we delete your enquiry details within 24 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep job records for up to 7 years for tax, insurance and legal purposes.
