Conservation is not the same as making something merely look new. We stabilise first, explain options in plain language and coordinate with insurers or curators when needed.

Documentation and reversible treatment

We use reversible adhesives and fill materials where appropriate, record condition before work begins and keep interventions minimal. That approach protects value for antiques, ecclesiastical pieces and historic plaster or compo ornament in Cheshire and Manchester homes.

  • Gesso and polychrome stabilisation
  • Mixed media and ecclesiastical objects
